1) Who we are / Contact

CCmasterclass provides educational content focused on decision skills (pattern recognition, context/structure analysis, confirmation and sequencing, risk framing, performance psychology, and review/iteration).

2) Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Services.

• By using the Services, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3) Educational purpose only (no advice)

• All content is for general educational purposes.

• We do not provide financial, investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice; we do not manage funds or facilitate the buying/selling of financial products.

• Examples and case studies are illustrative and do not guarantee outcomes.

4) Accounts, access & community

• Access to certain materials may require submitting a form, creating an account on third-party platforms (e.g., Discord, Whop), or receiving a role/invite.

• You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.

• You agree not to share account access, course files, or community invites/links outside permitted use.

5) Purchases, billing & refunds (via third parties)

• If you purchase access to paid materials, payment is processed securely by Whop (and its payment processors, e.g., Stripe). Your purchase is subject to Whop’s terms of service and policies.

• We may receive limited order metadata (such as order ID, product, price, and status), but we do not collect or store full card details.

• All payments are final. Since the Masterclass includes lifetime access to all materials, updates, and tools, refunds are not available. For billing questions, please refer to the Whop storefront policy and contact Whop support directly.

6) License to use materials

• Upon valid access/purchase, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the lessons, templates, and resources solely for your individual educational use.

• You may not copy, repost, resell, sublicense, share, or publicly distribute our materials without written permission.

• Screen-recording, scraping, or bulk downloading is prohibited.

7) Community standards (Discord and other spaces)

You agree to:

• Be respectful; no harassment, hate speech, spam, or doxxing.

• No requests for “signals,” copy-actions, or financial advice.

• No unauthorized advertising, soliciting, or selling.

• No sharing of private community content outside the community.

• Follow moderators’ instructions.

Enforcement: We may mute, suspend, or revoke access for violations. Severe or repeated violations may result in permanent removal.

8) User content & feedback

• You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and use your content to operate the Services.

• Do not post content you don’t have rights to, or that violates law or others’ rights.

• You may submit feedback; we may use it without obligation or compensation.

9) Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for unlawful purposes or to encourage others to do so.

• Interfere with or disrupt the Services (e.g., malware, bots, scraping, brute-forcing).

• Attempt to circumvent access controls or security.

• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation.

• Use the Services to offer or solicit financial advice or transactions.

10) Third-party services

Our Services may link to or rely on third-party platforms (e.g., Discord, Whop, Google products). Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their content, availability, security, or practices.

11) Changes to the Services

We may add, modify, or discontinue features, content, or access (including community roles and availability) at any time, with or without notice.

12) Disclaimers

• The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

• We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that outcomes from using the materials will meet your expectations.

13) Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CCmasterclass and its owners, affiliates, and moderators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Services.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greater of: (a) the amount you paid for access in the three (3) months prior to the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) €50.

14) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CCmasterclass and its owners, affiliates, and moderators from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Services, (b) your violation of these Terms, or (c) your violation of any law or third-party rights.

15) Intellectual property

All content and materials we provide (including text, graphics, videos, templates, checklists, and branding) are owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

16) Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we handle personal information.

17) Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity. You may stop using the Services at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive (e.g., license limitations, IP, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity) will survive termination.

18) Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Slovenia (without regard to conflict-of-laws rules). You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in [Ljubljana, Slovenia] for any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services.

19) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date indicates the latest version. Material changes will be highlighted on this page. Your continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

20) Miscellaneous

• Severability: If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

• No waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our rights.

• Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or transfer of assets.

• Entire agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any purchase terms on Whop, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services.
